How To Manage Interview

Step 1
  While editing you can manage the interview detail of employee.
  Insert the data in Interview Detail, Appearance & Dressing As a Role, Cultural Fit Assessment, Basic Language Skills, Practical Demonstraion etc about the interview detail of any employee.
  Click on the Add/Update to save the changes.

Step 2
  Similarly the Interview 2 can be saved if given.
  Insert the data in Director HR Interview & Review Notes, Head of Training & Development Notes, Director HR Confirmation: etc about the interview detail of any employee.
  Click on the Add/Update to save the changes.

Step 3
  Similarly the Interview 3 can be saved if given.
  Insert the data in Employeee Information, Feedback on 17 Educationist Competence Areas, Continuous Professional Development (CDP) Plan, Central Formal Workshop Training Plan etc about the interview detail of any employee.
  Click on the Add/Update to save the interview detail.
