How To Manage Static Template

Step 1
  Click on Add New Static Template to add new static template.
  Click on Edit under Action Dropdown to edit detail of the static template.
  Click on Delete to delete any static template.

Step 2
  In the Add New Static Template write down Static Template Name, Message Body etc.
  And click on Add Record to a new static template.

Step 3
  While editing you can change Template Name, Message Body etc.
  And click on Update Record to update the existing static template.

Why we use Static Template
  We use static template to write down the genearal message to all students or employees
  without mentioning any specific student or employee such as holiday message.
