How To Manage Medicals

Step 1

  1. While editing, click on the Medical to add medical reccord.
  2. Click on the Add Medical Information to add student medical information.

Step 2

  1. Insert the data in Add Medical Information andSTUDENT MEDICAL INFORMATION with detail and all fields required.
  2. Click on the Add Record to save the record.

Step 3

  1. The record will be saved to List of All Medical Information as history.
  2. You can edit, Delete any record under Action Dropdown.
