How Manage SalariesCreation

Step 1
  First of all search the employee for which you want to create salary.
  Choose the Department, Position Status etc.
  You can search employee by Name, Reg#, Mobile, Email too.
  Click on Go button.
  The list of Employee of related employee will appear.

Step 2
  Firstly select either you want to create or Re-Create against any employee.
  Then select the Month, Currency Type and Rate, Bank Account etc from rightside bar.
  Click on Create Salaries to create or re-create salary for any employee .
  Click on Delete Selected to delete the selected employee.
  Click on View Detail under Action dropdown to view the detail of employee salary.
  Click on Allowance/Deduction Detail under Action dropdown to view the deduction for salary.

Step 3
  The detail will be shown as with all detail.

Step 4
  While viewing the allowances detail, you can change salaries for multiple employees at a time.
  Click on UpdateAll to update detail.
  You can create new Allowance/Deduction.
  Click on Edit under Action Dropdown to edit allowances
  Click on Delete to delete any allowances/deduction.

Step 5
  While editing you can change allowances or deduction information such Select Allowance/Deduction and Account etc.
  Click on Update Record to update information.
